Returns Policy

1) We provide a "7-day hesitation period (not a trial period) from the next day after the product arrives". If you find any defect, damage, etc., please contact us immediately within 7 days after receiving the product. 2) In order to protect the rights and interests of both parties, we suggest to record the condition of the goods in the form of videos or photos after receiving the package.

3) In order to ensure the smooth process of product return, please be sure to keep the original state of the product when returning, and contact us by email within 7 days after receiving the product to discuss the return and exchange matters.

4) If you are not sure whether the product constitutes a return policy, you can send the product photo to the customer service mailbox and contact us for confirmation.

5) When returning the product, please attach the following four proofs of purchase of the original orderer, order number, name of the orderer, telephone number, purchase invoice, and bank account information of the beneficiary.

6) Effective warranty for one year: During the warranty period, if the main body of the product cannot be used due to non-human damage, natural disasters, accidents, or violation of the operation target of the product manual, we will provide free replacement.

1) The scope of delivery is "Taiwan Island Free Shipping", if there is a need for remote areas of the island, outer islands, or international air parcels, An additional overseas shipping fee will be charged, and the actual shipping fee will vary according to the quantity of goods you purchase and the size of the package.
